The proof is in the success of our members. Our training methods are a little bit more unique than what most people are used to which is what separates us from the ordinary. Instead of traditional personal training our trainer guided classes are hybrid style of fitness. Each 60 minute workout of the day will include strength, flexibility and cardio training to create a more complete daily workout for all levels of fitness for both men and women.
